TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: April 2023

This document explains clearly the rules guiding use of the Soul Tracker application and has been designed to ensure that the application serves its main purpose of being a tool for effective soul winning and development.

This document may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated document here and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this document regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

  • The application is aimed at achieving excellent data capture, effective follow up and monitoring of souls led to Christ, and also to help the Church and Zone keep records of new converts and track their growth. Only new converts led to Christ are to be registered on Soul Tracker.
  • All data registered on your account must be accurate and verifiable by you. You are required to have the accurate full names (first name and surname), accurate phone number and/or email address of the souls you register as saved on the platform. Acronyms and initials are not permitted. While logging in the information, the application will alert you if the data is accurate, or if the data has been logged in previously. Duplications are not permitted. A user would be notified and then disabled after inputting a maximum of 5 wrong records in a week.
  • Any Church that has 50 number of wrong records within a week will be notified, and have the church account disabled, hence halting the addition of souls to the application by their members. Only after the situation is rectified with the Soul Tracker Support Team, will the Church account be re-activated.
  • Any Zone that has 100 number of wrong records within a week will be notified, and have the Zonal account disabled, hence halting the addition of souls to the application by their members. Only after the situation is rectified with the Soul Tracker Support Team, will the Zonal account be re-activated.
  • Any Church/Zone that does not use the application consistently, for up to 9 months, and also in the 3 months leading to the International Cell Leaders Conference (ICLC) of any current cell ministry year, is automatically disqualified. The application is set up for regular use, and for effective soul management, which is a process.
  • Records and awards for all categories of soul winners – Individual, Cell, Church and Zone, at the International Cell Leaders Conference will be a combination of relevant data determined by the platform managers, which include but not limited to actual souls won based on given criteria, consistency of the use of the application over the period specified above, by all categories of users.
  • Users are permitted to have only one account. This serves as a unique identifier of your soul winning records across all related platforms in the ministry. Any challenge that may arise in your use of your account should be brought to the attention of your Zonal Soul Tracker Rep or your Church Pastor. You can also easily contact the Soul Tracker Support Team using the Share Feedback feature in your account or sending a mail to: soultrackeradmin@loveworld360.com.
